Arroyo: Nevada Bet Tracker ("Arroyo," "we," "us") is operated by Desert Ops Systems LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Arroyo, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data We Collect

Arroyo collects only the data necessary to provide the service:

• Bet data: Book name, sport, event, wager amount, odds, outcome, and parlay legs — entered manually or extracted from screenshots you provide.
• Screenshots: Images you explicitly select from your photo library to log bets. Images are processed by the AI system and not stored beyond the processing request.
• iCloud identifier: An anonymous identifier provided by Apple used to associate your data with your iCloud account for sync purposes.
• Usage data: Basic app performance and crash data collected by Apple through standard iOS frameworks.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or payment information. Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Arroyo app and its features
• To process screenshots and extract bet information using AI (see Third-Party Services)
• To sync your bet history across your Apple devices via iCloud
• To generate AI coaching responses based on your betting history

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your bet data is stored in two places: on your device and in your personal iCloud container via Apple CloudKit. Your iCloud data is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Desert Ops Systems LLC does not operate any independent servers that store your bet data.

Screenshots you submit for AI processing are transmitted to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not retained by Desert Ops Systems LLC after the response is returned.

5. Data We Do Not Sell or Share

Desert Ops Systems LLC does not sell, license, or share your personal information or bet data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. No mobile information collected through Arroyo will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Your Rights and Controls

• Delete your data: Delete the app from your device to remove all locally stored data. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → delete Arroyo's data.
• Opt out of AI processing: You may choose not to use the screenshot import or AI coaching features. Bet logging and history remain available without these features.
• Cancel subscription: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

7. Children's Privacy

Arroyo is intended for adults 17 years of age and older. Arroyo is rated 17+ on the App Store due to gambling-related content. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 17. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update notice. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
